France Overland: Marseille/Bourg St. Andeol

31st March - 10th April 2012: 10 days, £350

Join this overland journey to learn about what God is doing amongst the French people and within the country’s large North African community. A journey that focuses on community, prayer and worship. If you are aged 18-30, then come and join us!

North Africa - Ancient Cities & Mountain Villages

3rd - 8th May 2012: 6 days, £220 approx + flights

Fly out to North Africa for a six-day prayer adventure. Fascinating vibrant cities, rural towns and mountain villages lost in time - North Africa has it all. We will be hosted by our on-field team who will prepare a programme for us that will aid them in their long-term work. Accommodation will be in a comfortable centre. Taste delicious local food, explore the markets, hear the inspiring stories of the field workers, and pray for the people.

Ideal for working people who want to take time out to investigate mission, get closer to God and do something different! Travel by Land Rover straight through Europe to North Africa. This is an opportunity not only to explore, sleep under the stars and taste exotic food, but also to learn, pray, worship, share your faith and meet other Christians who are serving God in North Africa. Come and be inspired!

North Africa - Overland, Sahara Bound!

23rd June - 21st July 2012: 29 days, £800

This is an overland adventure by Land Rover through France and Spain, to the mountains, cities and desert of North Africa. Come prepared to be challenged as we meet unreached people groups face to face, visit seemingly untouched villages, sleep under the stars, explore ancient markets and finally set foot on the great dunes of the Sahara. This is also an opportunity to learn, pray, worship, share your faith and meet other Christians who are serving God in North Africa. An adventure with a difference!

China & Mongolia

30th June - 2nd August 2012: 35 days, £1820 (flights included)

Five weeks to experience the cultures of the Orient, ancient civilisations that have only recently opened up to foreigners. Prayer groups are vital if the peoples of these nations are to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. Join us on the cutting edge of world evangelisation and experience God working through you to extend His Kingdom throughout East and Southeast Asia. Observe and learn about five different types of mission, church planting, a disciple training school in the Gobi Desert, and first-contact evangelism amongst unreached people groups.

Italy

June/July 2012: 7-10 days, £tbc

Focusing on the region of Puglia in southern Italy, this trip will work alongside existing Italian churches. We will go to hear of their vision for the region, to pray with them and to encourage them as they seek to see God exalted in their local communities.

Middle East Explorer

23rd August - September 2012: 14/21 days, £340 - £850 + flights

There is more to the Middle East than what you see in the news! You will have heard of the Arab Spring - well come and see for yourself what is really happening as we travel around the region meeting local people and Christian workers. Arabs and Kurds are two of the people groups we will meet as we use public transport to visit places well off the beaten tourist track. Come prepared to pray and worship, to take the initiative to share your faith, and to meet and learn from local believers.

North Africa - Mountain Walks and Mission

Early September 2012: 6 days, £320 approx + flights

Combine mountain walking, prayer and meeting field workers in this outdoor experience with a spiritual element. The mountains of North Africa vary from lowland hills to 4000 metre peaks. Our field team will lead us in walks to explore the area and reach out to the people of the mountain villages. We will also engage in prayer for this largely-unreached region. Come and stretch both your spirit and your legs!

Wild Journeys

Destinations & dates to be confirmed

There are many thousands of villages and towns where people live without the ‘knowledge of the glory of the Lord’ (Habakkuk 2:14). We have a growing sense of urgency to penetrate areas of the world that have always been remote and difficult to visit. It is to these places Wild Journeys will go to pray and discover new groups of people who as yet don’t have Christians living and sharing faith amongst them.

Asia: Mekong River of Life

June/July 2012: 18 days (or come for 14 days)

In the Summer of 2011 we placed five praying teams along the length of the Mekong River from the mountains of inland Asia to Southeast Asia, where many live in poverty and spiritual darkness. In 2013 we plan to follow this up with another trip to the river, to build on the prayers of the previous trip, and to strengthen the links with local churches. Come and partner with enthusiastic Indonesian Christians and our inspiring Cambodia team to see the name of Jesus lifted up along the length of the river in worship and prayer.
