World Horizons can offer training in many areas with our experienced staff and we are currently rapidly developing many more training opportunities.

Listed below are training courses / opportunities currently available, this is an expanding area for the organisation so please check back regularly:

ACROSS: accredited cross-cultural studies Postgraduate degrees in Theology/Cross-Cultural Leadership in partnership with the University of Wales Lampeter.
Expedition Leader Training Would you like to be trained to take small or large groups on an expedition, journey or weekend trip? We can help you get started!
Gap Year Our 10 month gap year course combines an intensive 3 month missions training programme with a 6 month placement.
Long Term Training: Join Horizons The training program is a 9 month course designed for those who are planning to work long-term with World Horizons.
Adventure Camps We have facilities for providing youth camps with either a spiritual focus or an activity-based focus (including outdoor pursuits).
Adventure Team: Assistant Leader Course A four week program for young people to share God’s love through outdoor pursuits.
